Warranty Policy
Oroys offers a one-year warranty on all purchases to cover manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by, but not limited to, incorrect packaging removal, normal wear and tear, user error, or abrasion. All warranty claims are subject to a thorough review and inspection process.
Products purchased from retailers other than our website (www.oroys.com) must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased.
Start a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at info@oroys.com. You will need to provide your order number (e.g., OR123453, found on your order confirmation email) and your postal/ZIP code to begin:
- You will be required to upload a photo of the defect.
- Once submitted, your warranty claim will be reviewed by our team.
- There will be no need to return the defective item to us.
