Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are available for select products purchased within the last 90 days.
Eligibility for Claims: You can claim a return or exchange on any Oroys product if you are not completely satisfied, for any reason. This includes issues like incorrect sizing or discovering a defect in the socks. Once a claim is filed, we will review the items to ensure they meet our policy standards.
How to Start a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please provide your order number (e.g., U123456, found on your order confirmation email) and your postal code/ZIP code. Return shipping/postage charges will apply. Please email us at info@oroys.com to proceed.
Convenience First: At Oroys, your convenience is our priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, there is no need to return the original product—you may keep it. We will either send you a replacement or, if you prefer, process a refund promptly.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and may take five to ten business days to reflect on your bank statement. If you paid shipping costs (e.g., $5 for shipping), we will refund the full purchase price of the item (e.g., $15 for an item means a total refund of $15).
