All orders in Canada that total $50 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free monitored shipping. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. The arrival time of your order depends on your proximity to the warehouse.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your product has been sent. To monitor the status of your order shipment, click “track your order.” The tracking number provided by Canada Post or Amazon Delivery Service will provide you with the most up-to-date information about your order.

Due to high ticket loads, our customer support team may take up to 3 business days to reply to client inquiries. Saturday, Sunday, and Canadian statutory holidays are not considered business days. Due to increased demand, our response time during the sale or the holiday season can be up to 5 business days. Our team will do everything necessary to respond to you as soon as possible; your patience is greatly appreciated.

Please thoroughly review your cart before finalizing your order. If you notice a mistake in your address, immediately send an email to customerservice@oroys.com. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to you to obtain the correct information. Additional shipping charges may apply

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return or exchange it, please email us at customerservice@oroys.com. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Our team will handle your order and help you get the product you want. If you choose to return the item, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding any shipping fees. For example, if you paid $15 for the item and $5 for shipping, we will refund $15 for the item.
